These custom equipment tag size 7/8 x 2-1/2 thermal laminating pouches are 7 mil thick on each flap for a total of 14 mils added to your sheet. These will be quite rigid when laminated.
If you prefer to leave a clear border of laminate around your card, then we would recommend no larger than 5/8 x 2-1/4 size paper to allow for the rounded corners.
This size works nicely for most equipment tags, key tags and much more.
