This listing is for a gorgeous AUTHENTIC Emile Galle' French Cameo Art Glass vase, c. 1910.
Measures 6" high with a 3 1/4" maximum width.
This stunning 3-layer vase has beautifully detailed flowers and foliage carved in relief above the frosted acid-etched cameo glass background. The glass has a soft pastel appearance with a mottled lavender/dusty rose to gray layer overlaid in a dark lavender layer cut with the floral design which covers the neck and middle section extending into the rounded lower section of the body. The vase has an unusual molded scalloped design on the body just below the neck. Signed in cameo "Galle" with star which indicates the vase was made after Galle's death in 1904. Absolutely GUARANTEED to be original.
The vase is in excellent Estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
