Procedure for Shipping Damage or Defective Items
In the event that item is received as damaged or defective, buyer must contact seller using eBay messsaging.  Proof of shipping damage or proof of defect is required, including clear photographs showing shipping label, shipping box, photo of whole unit, and two photos from different angles showing specifc damage or defective area.
