This transfer case is coupled with the late SM465 or TH400 Transmission with the 32 spline output shaft. This transfer case uses the 90MM OD (6210-N) Input Bearing ***NOTE*** This is NOT for the early SM465 with the 10 spline output shaft or the TH350 Transmission.
