Overview - The polarity is reversed on any 3 pin XLR lead by using this adapter, it is wired as follows; 1:1, 2:3 and 3:2. Pin 1 is the earth so this does not need to be reversed. This adapter is very useful when an XLR lead has been wired up incorrectly and you quickly need to correct the error.
