A vintage Sterling Silver Souvenir Demitasse Spoon commemorating Valparaiso University in Indiana.

We are pleased to present this Souvenir Demitasse Spoon for your consideration. Made of Sterling Silver, the Spoon commemorates Valparaiso University (informally referred to as VALPO), the largest independent Lutheran university in the United States. The Spoon was manufactured by the well known Silver manufacturer Charles M. Robbins company of Attleboro, Massachusetts.

The Spoon measures 4 inches in length and weighs 9 grams. Near the top of the handle, there is a small circular plaque with text VALPARAISO UNIV. INDIANA surrounding a logo that looks like an open book. The back of the spoon is marked STERLING next to the (older style) hallmark of the Charles M. Robbins company.

A few small spots of tarnish are noted on the Spoon, along with age appropriate surface wear and some dried silver polish. The Spoon is free of any damage, repairs, or tweaks, and we rate the overall condition as very good to excellent (see pictures).

This is a nice vintage Souvenir Demitasse Spoon in exceptional condition. It would make a wonderful gift for any Valparaiso student or alumni, or addition to any souvenir Spoon collection!
