The Makers Say...

This is our hottest mainstream sauce. Only our occasional limited edition or seasonal sauces are hotter. Forget ultra hot sauces containing capsaicin extract; they nearly always have a metallic taste and sacrifice flavour for heat.

Our Ghost Pepper '10' sauce is an all-natural sauce containing ten Naga Morich peppers per bottle, hence the name.  These have been blended with, amongst other things, roasted tomatoes and garlic to create a sauce with not only a lot of heat, but an incredible depth of flavour too.

Unbelievable Heat!......in our opinion this is the very best Naga 'Ghost Pepper' sauce there is. It's ferociously hot......but it doesn't sacrifice flavour for heat.
