Special Notice: We have several thousand listings running at any one time and not all of them are available to international customers. If you see an item you would like but it is listed as not being shipped internationally please email us regarding it. We will see if we can convert the listing to allow for international purchasing.

Shipping & Payment Terms

BUYERS LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES:

 

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that all payments must be received within 10 days of purchase. If you choose not to use Paypal, you may call us at (phone number removed) with your credit card information and we will run it manually. Please note that we ONLY ship to the Paypal account address (if paying with Paypal) or to the credit card billing address (if paying by credit card).

 

Shipping Terms: During checking out, you will be given the option of using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. Your shipping costs will vary based on which shipping method you pick.
If you wish to make alternative arrangements for shipping (such as Next Day Air, Second Day, etc), they must be approved by us through email prior to bidding. After purchasing the item(s), you, the buyer, must communicate by e-mail approved changes of the shipping method so that the appropriate changes can be made in our software. Please do not call us to arrange alternative shipping terms. Verbal communication will not be honored; we accept e-mail communication only. If choosing shipping via UPS you MUST have a physical street address (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box). If you pay via Paypal we ONLY ship to the address you provided to Paypal. If you pay via credit card we ONLY ship to the credit card billing address.
Orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days after receipt of a 'cleared' payment.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking information. Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment clears (if Paypal still shows the payment as pending then the order is not 'cleared', the payment has not 'cleared' and we cannot ship the item out until payment has 'cleared'). If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within five days after the payment has 'cleared', please click the link for 'Ask Seller a Question' shown above to email us. .

 

Combined Shipping: We do not automatically combine shipping. For all shipments, we combine shipments manually. Please note that some items can not be combine-shipped for obvious reasons, such as physical limitations (fragile and heavy items, items of very different sizes), but we will try to combine as much as possible. Please follow the instructions below in order to receive combined shipping:

If you bid on multiple items, do not 'Checkout' or pay for any item until ALL the auctions you have won have ended, you have e-mailed us, and we have sent you an updated, combined invoice. If you have items ending on different days email us so that we know you are still waiting to purchase more items. We will not assume that once you have purchased two or more items that you are done buying, since many of our customers purchase multiple items, so we will wait to invoice you until after you have e-mailed us that you are done buying. After we have received your e-mail, we will send you a Combined invoice, and then you may 'Checkout' or pay. If you click 'Checkout' or pay for any item before then, we cannot combine shipping due to software limitations. There is nothing we can do about this so wait to 'Checkout'/pay until all the auctions you have won through us have ended, you have e-mailed us requesting combined shipping, AND you received a Combined invoice.

Shipping Quotes: We understand if you are not comfortable purchasing several items not knowing the exact shipping total. Please click 'Ask Seller a Question' with a list of all Auction Titles, Ebay Item numbers and Quantities of each items you wish to purchase and we will be happy to give you a combined shipping quote. This quote will be good for 30 days from the day we email it.

BUYERS LOCATED IN CANADA AND MEXICO:

This section is applicable to buyers who are located in Canada and Mexico only.

 

Payment Methods: Payment for buyers located in Canada and Mexico will be PAYPAL ONLY! There are no exceptions to this policy. Like all of our listings we ONLY ship to the Paypal address as it is received by our system.

 

Shipping Terms: Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail only! We are not responsible for any customs fees and/or duties. We will not list a false price on the customs forms nor list any item as a gift. Please do NOT ask.
When using the shipping calculator, if you come up with an error message or it does not provide you with a price, that particular item is not able to be shipped to your destination.

We will attempt to provide a tracking number for your shipment, however, because USPS will not provide tracking number for certain countries, we cannot always provide one. USPS Priority Mail, on average, takes 7-14 days to deliver. Although delivery to some countries or non-major cities may take longer. If you do not receive the item(s) after 30 days, please e-mail us so we can check the status of the package(s).

 

Single Item Shipping: For our buyers located in Canada and Mexico who purchase a single item at auction, please proceed as normal. Our system will automatically invoice you for your purchase and shipping costs. Once the paypal payment has 'Cleared', your order will be processed and shipped out within three business days.

Our Guarantee: After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:

(1) Our customer service is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a $10 restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
