Buyers must message us prior to making any returns, via the eBay message service, confirming your eBay record number and state the reason for return. We will accept returned products within a 30 day period from date of receipt. If you change your mind after receiving the purchase...no problem, just send them back and we can offer a refund. The products do however have to be returned in an unworn condition, in the original box or bag with the labels attached.

After you have contacted us and your returns label has been issued the Buyer is to open a Return request via eBay.  If you return for a fault inspection and the fault is found to be wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault, the return will be declined and your item will be returned to you.

We need to be notified within 7 days of receipt if the item received is not the item purchased. Please note we will not accept returns with writing, tape or stickers on the box, as this is not the original condition of the product. If items are received in an altered state or damaged, then a £5 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund.

Consignments received without the senders address will be removed and disposed of after 60 days of receipt.
