We pride ourselves on offering excellent service, quality products and good value for money and all items are engraved and finished by hand to order in our Norfolk workshops using traditional sandblasting techniques.

Glass is carefully tissue wrapped and boxed in a card gift carton before being packaged in an outer carton for postage, via FEDEX  or Royal Mail signed for and a signature will be required on delivery. 

We package all glassware very carefully and it is very rare that items arrive broken. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via the ebay messaging system.  We may ask you to return the damaged item, or send a photograph via email so that we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
