Manufacturing process of ultra fine microfiber
The ultra precision process for Ultra Microfiber Suede includes ultra-micro fiber, non-woven, elastomer treatment, dyeing and finishing.
At the first microfiber process, bundles of ultra-micro fiber are created. And a three dimensional entanglement structure is mechanically
accomplished by needle punching at the second. Through the third process, “Ultra Microfiber Suede” begins to get similar properties like genuine
leather by a special polyment treatment. At last, “Ultra Microfiber Suede” shows its various appearances after dyeing and finishing process
