Payment Time: Payment must be made within three (3) days of purchase. If additional time is needed, please contact us.
Shipping: Please ensure that your address is correct prior to purchase. Your package will ship promptly after payment, excluding weekends and USPS holidays. We are not responsible for mail stolen after confirmed delivery, secure your mail.
Feedback: We leave positive feedback upon receipt of payment and strive for five (5) stars. Have an issue? Contact us. In the past, we have received poor feedback with zero buyer communication, this is unfair. Please allow us the courtesy of an attempted resolution. We will not assist with a disputed item, if you leave us negative or neutral feedback, prior to contacting us.
Returns: Have an issue? Contact us. We allow thirty (30) days for a refund or exchange. If needed, we will pay reasonable return shipping costs, however, excessive shipping methods (overnight or express) at our expense will be refused.
Additional International Terms
Value-Added Tax (VAT): Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in shipping and handling. Do not ask us to forge customs documentation.
Combined Shipping: We will combine shipping on multiple items when possible. Combined shipping must be requested prior to payment by completing the following steps: 1. Make purchases, 2. Request an invoice, 3. Make payment after you receive the updated invoice.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are generally NOT accepted on international orders, however, if needed the following apply: 1. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. 2. Shipping costs are not refundable, only the purchase price will be refunded.
