AN -6 (AN6) nylon braided rubber 150 series hose, comprising of a Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner that is partially woven with a stainless steel braid during the curing process and finally braided externally in a heat resistant nylon sheathing. This hose can be used with MOST fuel types (including E85, E10, LPG Propane, Methanol, Nitromethane), lubricant oil and coolant.
This hose is NOT SUITABLE for brake lines and not recommended for use near extreme high temps (e.g. near turbo/exhaust manifold), also due to the use of unknown additives in some fuels we are unable to guarantee our rubber hoses compatibility with all fuels unless otherwise stated. We recommend our 200 series braided PTFE hose (with PTFE fittings) which can be used for any automotive fluid application.
