Facsimile photocopy pulp reprint of the BLUE BOOK serial WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE by Philip Wylie and Edwin Balmer. Illustrated by Joseph Franke (several illustrations in each part, not just one illo per issue like other pulps). The complete 6 part serial is reproduced from the actual pulp pages for BLUE BOOK September 1932 through February 1933. This reprint includes every page of the original pulp version (I don't know whether it was revised for later book publication) reproduced from the actual pulp pages. Not retyped. 150 pages. Includes color front and back covers on heavy glossy paper. 8 1/2 x 11, side-stapled.

BLUE BOOK did not cover feature this serial on even one issue so the covers of this volume are taken from a 1930s hardcover and a 1960s paperback. Also includes a 16 page art folio by Fortunino Matania taken from the British 1930s serialization of the novel in the weekly magazine THE PASSING SHOW. Art reprinted in black and white. Another version is offered in my Ebay Store for $10.00 more which reprints the 16 pages of art in color (PASSING SHOW printed the art in duotone with orange added to the art to enhance its depth, as shown above).
