To determine your size of bracelet or ankle bracelet, you can use a tape measure and measure your ankle or you can use a piece of string or yarn to help:

1. Determine how you would like your bracelet or ankle bracelet to sit and use a tape measure and measure your ankle at that spot.
2. Add about 1/2 inch to 1 inch to your measurement. This should be your correct size.

For example, if your measurement is 9 inches then you would want a 9-1/2 or 10 inch size.

Another way to measure would be:

1. Wrap a piece of yarn or string around your ankle, draping it the way you would like it to fit.
2. Mark the two points where the yarn or string meets and then measure the size and that equals what size you need.

PLEASE BE SURE TO MEASURE AND CHECK YOUR SIZE. THERE IS A RE-SIZING CHARGE TO COVER THE COST OF SUPPLIES AND SHIPPING IN ADDITION TO WHAT IT WILL COST YOU TO RETURN IT TO ME.

• Sterling Silver - guaranteed to be .925 sterling silver - solid, not plated, bonded or filled. It is NOT Tibetan Silver or any other inexpensive replica.
• Gold Filled - 14k (14/20) gold filled products, not plated. Gold Filled items will last and wear longer than gold plated.
• Pewter - Some of the items do contain pewter beads but it will be clearly marked! All of the pewter beads are lead free!
• Silver Plated, Silver Filled and Gold Plated Supplies/Findings are available for individuals that would like to make less expensive jewelry.

Most of the jewelry is custom made. All of the patterns can be interchanged so if you find a pattern that you like and would like it as a bracelet, ankle bracelet, necklace, medical alert bracelet or an eyeglass chain, please e-mail me and I can do that for you. In addition, if there's a pattern that you like and you would like a different color, I can also do that.

• Pay shipping charges only once and if you purchase one of my items with Free Shipping, all additional items will also ship for free! Available in the US and Canada Only. When you receive your invoice from ebay, please check it. If you are being charged an incorrect shipping fee, please e-mail me and I will send you a corrected invoice. Ebay does not always do the greatest when combining orders and I often have to manually change the shipping charge!

• International Orders - Please note! Your order will be sent via first class mail and does not include a tracking number.

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

• In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then We are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. 

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Items must be returned in a bubble envelope otherwise the return will not be accepted.
