The following work was performed:

  • Compensation shaft module disassembledcleaned, inspected
  • Bearings inspected if necessary replaced
  • Balance shafts mounted (new improved version with hard metal alloy socket)
  • New hexagon pin 100mm version installed(Double bearing surface than old model)
  • Oil pump disassembled, cleaned, assembled and mounted
  • renewed thrust washers for intermediate
  • Intermediate gear renewedJust as optimal backlash is guaranteed after Installation!
  • The M14 Intermediate gear screw replaced (hard hand tightened)
  • Renewed the M7 drive screws (tightened hand-tight)
  • Oil snorkel disassembled, cleaned and fitted with a new seal
  • Functional test after final assembly

It enclosed with the product, a new set of screws include fitting and instructions for installation includingtightening torques!

Caution! Please check before installation of the module that the engine has no crankshaft main bearing damage suffered!
