Directions for use:

Simply place a few droplets on each affected nail and then gently massage or brush the oil into the nail.
Repeat for each affected nail. 
Rubbing the oil into the affected area has the added advantage of stimulating the blood flow to the area which will greatly help the nail or skin area.
