The microphone features volume control on the back. It has a transistorized amplifier and ceramic element, for the unique "D104 sound". Tailored frequency response delivers maximum talk power. It comes with a super high quality heavy-duty coil cord that extends to 71/2 feet. This model uses one standard 9-volt battery.(not included)
