PAYMENTS

• Paypal payments only.
• Payment to be received within 3 days of purchase  

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

• Immediate payment by Paypal only
• International buyers are responsible for any import charges or local taxes raised by their country
• A signature may be required on delivery 

POSTAGE

• Please note postage costs in all listings include printed materials, all packing materials and handling costs, they may not reflect the actual postage cost
• We post Monday to Friday only
• Where appropriate orders will be despatched using Barcoded Delivery Confirmation
  
• Items purchased after 1pm on Friday may not be posted until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)
• Large orders may be sent in more than one parcel, they may be tracked and may also require a signature on delivery, you will be advised in advance if this applies to your goods, there will be no extra charge for this service. The size of large orders is at our discretion 

SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY

• Special Next Day Delivery must be requested and paid for before 1pm for item to be despatched same working day. If this service is requested on Friday after 1pm despatch will be the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) 

COMBINED POSTAGE

• For multiple purchases (2 items and above) listed separately, please purchase items but do not pay at this stage, then pass through checkout and request 'Total Amount'. If it is possible to combine your postage costs you will be sent an invoice containing your postage discount.
• It will only be possible to combine postage before payment is made. Where it is not possible to combine items for a discount you will be notified.
• Identical items listed in multiples already have reduced post/packing charges listed and you will automatically receive the discount when paying 

WHERE IS MY ITEM?

• We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
• Your item will be posted by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Royal Mail aim for next day delivery with 1^st Class Standard Mail and 1-3 days with 2^nd Class Standard Mail however they will not guarantee this. If you require next day delivery please select Special Next Day Delivery, payment for this service must be received before 1pm on any working day.
• Royal Mail will not class an item of mail as missing until 15 days after the expected delivery date for UK items and 21 days for International items.
• If your item is not delivered by the estimated delivery date please allow a few more days and then check to see if your item is waiting for collection at your local sorting office after a failed delivery attempt; it is also a good idea to check with neighbours or friends who may have been nominated to take in your post.
• Refunds for lost items are not paid until goods have been classed as lost by the courier
• We reserve the right to refund only when an Ebay Case is opened for undelivered items, we take this action to ensure that the case gets closed 

NON PAYING BIDDERS

• Please pay for your item within 3 days of auction ending
• Unpaid Item Cases open from 7 days after purchase 

FEEDBACK

• Maintaining positive feedback is important for both buyer and seller. Please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback, we will always make every attempt to sort out any problems that occur 

RETURNS

• Returns must be pre-arranged and items returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Please request returns as soon as possible after receipt of goods.
• Buyer to pay all postage costs and refunds will be less your original post/packing costs.
• Goods must be returned in the condition as they were sold ie new items sealed if applicable, books unread cosmetic items unused etc. Please enclose all original packing and written materials including your Ebay ID 

SECURITY

·         Many of our items contain batch numbers or other id marks, you may be required to quote these if there is a problem with your item.

PRIVACY

• Your privacy is respected and the information you provide will only be used to enable delivery of your item and supply any other services you request from us. We do not pass on or share your personal information
