Green and yellow soft cover fold out brochure with a map pinpointing the location of San Joaquin on the front cover. A date stamp of Oct 2 1954 suggests it was from the early 1950's. Published by the San Joaquin Chamber of Commerce. Unfolds to six panels (three on each side).See scans for entire contents.

Through informative text and vintage green-tinted photographs, this brochure promotes the city of San Joaquin as a great place to live and one which offered many business opportunities.

The brochure is in good - (minus) condition.Modest wear to the covers and interior panels....light creasing around the edges. There is some foxing on the back cover and small tears at the folds of a few panels. Previous owner's name and the date Oct 2 1954 are stamped on the front and back covers. Original.
