Payment must be made within 5 days of auction end. Your item dispatches 24-48 hours after payment receipt.

| RETURN - DEFECTIVE |

| To protect our customer, we exchange defective merchandise within 10 days of delivery. If you find that your merchandise arrives defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for instructions regarding your return. We are not responsible for buyer misuse, deliberate damage or lack of understanding of product use. Buyer to return item for inspection at your cost. If a replacement cannot be found, money will be refunded in full. If item is found to be working, an administrative levy will be required before item is returned. (Please email for details). Incomplete packaging or goods returned not complete with its accessories will not be accepted for returns/refunds. |
