This LCD Graphic Display is perfect for embedded system with super low power consumption(3mA for IC, 55mA for Bklit /5V), it can be configured as Serial or Parallel interface by yourself: Serial mode:connect PSB pin to Vss, Parallel mode:connect PSB pin to Vcc, I use only 2 I/O pins on our Diduino UNO board (fully compatible with Arduino UNO) to control this display very succeeded.
It already integrated Chinese Char GB2312 set in it, so you can display English/Chinese/Japanese and other non-ASCII characters much easy, you can use our code convert tool to convert UTF-8 to GB2312 here. View what characters it can display directly here.
You also can use it to display graphs, multi-size of fonts, rotate characters, draw lines by using u8glib that designed for Arduino project.
