Returns

Please know your measurements before buying. Please use a tape measure to take your actual measurements for a proper fit. Do not judge bust measurement by the bra size. Please make sure your order the right size and color. Please contact us if you have any question regarding the size selection.

All sales are final. We have No Return Policy as most of the bridal stores. We only allow exchange with different size (same style & same color) with 20% restocking fees provided

A- Buyer has to notify us immediately upon receipt of merchandize,

B- Merchandize is returned to us within and no later than 5 days of receipt, and

C- Buyer pay 20% restocking fees and shipping both ways (we cannot give free shipping twice on the same transaction).

If buyer received wrong merchandises, please inform us immediately within 3 business days, otherwise exchange will not be arranged.

Shipping

2 - We ship only Monday and Thursday every week.

3 - All USA packages will be shipped via US Postal Service economy shipping free of charge.

4 - We offer US Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping 2-3 business days for $12.

5 - Express Shipping is available provided arrangements are made in advance and the appropriate express shipping fees are paid.

6 - All International buyers shall pay the calculated cost of US Postal Service First class or Priority Mail International Shipping of their items to their countries.

7 - We offer combined shipping policy to International buyers if they buy more than one dress. The combined shipping will be automatically calculated by the shipping calculator based on the total combined weight.

8 - International customers pay customs fees imposed by their countries.
