The Pike Pack is a
great convenient way to take a selection of baits on your next pike
session.
You must leave us your email and mobile telephone number for contact and delivery tracking.
When you order you must tell us when you want it delivered,
it is not always sent out straight away, that's E bay's demands.
We try to cater for last minute orders, but please give us time where possible.
Next day delivery is from the day we send it, not the day you order it....
Orders are sent well packed with frozen ice packs to ensure that the order arrives in the best possible condition.
If your parcel has not arrived by 3pm on the notified day of delivery,
you must ring us so we can check everything is ok with the delivery.
The cost of carriage per delivery is £11, this includes many different items.
If you are charged more for carriage we will always refund you or ask if you want extra bait.
The cost of carriage also includes boxes, paper, ice packs and time to pack and do the paperwork.
We send orders Monday to Thursday for arrival Tuesday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries are extra.
Orders to clients that live in the Scottish Highlands, any islands around the UK or N Ireland will incur a higher rate of postage, please ring first.
If the parcel is damaged or late please sign it as such and where possible send photos at that time of delivery for proof.
Any courier problems with delivery we are not liable for or will not give any compensation against delays.
