Discovery V8 Full Wading Breather kit
A new breather modification kit specially designed to fit V8 engines in all models of vehicle.
When engines go into water the cold makes the air in the axles and gearboxes contract and suck air or water in past the seals and up the standards breather pipes which are set to low. Water and dirt in these will then cause wear, failure and damage, water in your oils is just bad news.
What you get in the kit
New fittings for the 2 axles (we have noticed that corrosion builds up here and blocks the standards banjo fitting at the axle making them useless)
New fittings to secure on to the gearbox and transfer box pipes to lengthen
2x 2 into 1 fittings to make the need for countless pipes running under the vehicle and a better finished job
1 wading plug for the gearbox bell housing
A roll of flexible nylon pipe
