Q: The t-shirt doesn’t appear to be working and the light doesn’t come on when it's switched on, what can I do?
A: Make sure batteries are touching each other and at either end. Make sure new batteries are being used and that they are inserted in the correct direction.
Q: The t-shirt doesn’t appear to be working but the light does come on when it's switched on, what can I do?
A: Make sure volume is turned up. Ensure you’re using the included magnet as a plectrum on the lower end of the fretboard (tshirt will not produce sound without the use of a magnet)Check the connector is not disconnected. Follow the lead from the box up to the inside of the t-shirt. You will feel a connector inside the sewn pocket. Pull the connector out of the pocket and make sure it's connected properly.
