   My customers pay actual shipping charges charges. If there is an overpayment a refund is sent. I use priority mail because it saves the customer money. I do not have to purchase all the boxes I need the USPS provides MOST of the sizes. Also the USPS picks up the packages at my home so I do not have to travel to mail them. I have to buy some materials such as bubble wrap, peanuts and other packing supplies, some sellers charge a handling fee to cover these expenses I DO NOT.
