This is an ex-display fret with some scratches on the front, it is hard to see on the photo due to the shiny chrome, but close up they can be seen, but when the fret would be in front of the fire from a small distance they can barely be seen. 
This is a great buy.

Chrome Grace FRONT / FRET, 16 inch / 40 cm

This  Front / Fret is only suitable for Gas or Electric fires.
It is a heavy, well made quality item,  

It is for a 16" / 40 cm fire and will fit the 16"  / 40 cm inset gas or electric fires I have in my e bay shop. 

Height just under 21cm.

Note that it actually measures 15.75" / 39 cm  to fit into a 16" / 40 cm hole.
