הרב ד"ר משה אוירבך (יידיש: אויערבאך; 3 בפברואר 1881 - 9 באפריל 1976, ד' באדר א' תרמ"א - ט' בניסן תשל"ו) היה רב ומחנך, ממייסדי החינוך הדתי בארץ ישראל, נשיא אגודת ישראל בגרמניה ומומחה בעל שם להיסטוריה יהודית.

אוירבך נולד בהלברשטט, שבגרמניה בד' אדר א' תרמ"א (3 בפברואר 1881), לרב אביעזרי ולרוזה אוירבך. הוא התחנך בבית הספר היהודי ובגימנסיה הממשלתית בעירו. לאחר מכן למד בבית המדרש לרבנים בברלין, שם הוסמך לרבנות. בשנת תרס"ה קיבל תואר דוקטור מאוניברסיטת שטרסבורג.

לאחר תקופת קצרה שבה לימד לימודי קודש בבית המדרש למורים בקלן, הוצע לו לקבל על עצמו את יסודם של בתי ספר דתיים במושבות החדשות בארץ ישראל. בתחילת שנת תר"ע עלה אוירבך לארץ והתחיל ליסד את בתי הספר, תחילה בפתח תקוה, ולאחר מכן בראשון לציון, רחובות, עקרון, גדרה וחיפה. לאחר מכן נוסדו על ידו גם בתי ספר לבנות בפתח תקוה ועקרון.

בשנת תרע"ג נשא לאשה את ג'ני לבית קוטיק.

עם פרוץ מלחמת העולם הראשונה היה מעורב בפעולות תמיכה לנזקקים במצב הקשה ששרר בארץ, אולם בשנת תרע"ז נאלץ לעזוב את הארץ בעקבות התקרבותו של הצבא הבריטי לישראל, וחששו שייעצר מחמת היותו אזרח גרמני.

אחר שובו לגרמניה, יצא לפולין לנהל שם את הגימנסיה לבנות "חבצלת".

בשנת תרע"ח חזר אוירבך לגרמניה שם היה שותף לפעילות ציבורית במסגרת תנועת אגודת ישראל, וכן לימד תלמוד בעיר קלן. בשנת תרפ"ג התמנה למרצה בהיסטוריה יהודית, תלמוד ופדגוגיה בבית המדרש לרבנים בברלין. ולאחר זמן הפך לאחד ממנהלי בית המדרש. בתקופת שהותו בברלין התמנה לנשיא אגודת ישראל בברלין, ולאחר פטירת אחיו התמנה לנשיא אגודת ישראל בגרמניה, במסגרת תפקידיו אלו היה מעורב בפעילות ציבורית רבה.

בעקבות עליית הנאצים לשלטון חזר אוירבך לארץ ישראל בשנת תרצ"ה, וחזר לעבודתו כמנהל בבתי הספר בפתח תקוה.

לאחר פרישתו לגמלאות נסע אוירבך לחצי שנה לטריפולי שבלוב על מנת לעזור בהסדרת מוסדות החינוך שם בעקבות ההרס שזרעה מלחמת העולם השנייה.

לאחר שובו ארצה, העביר אוירבך שיעורים במוסדות שונים בעיקר בפדגוגיה והיסטוריה יהודית.

אוירבך נפטר בט' ניסן תשל"ו (9 באפריל 1976).

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: For most individual books, we ship first class mail. Price is by weight, and this service is tracked. For multiple purchases, we usually use Priority Mail, a flat rate envelope for $25 ($21 to Canada) can fit 3 Regular sized books and a flat rate box for $63 ($43 to Canada) can fit 8-10 books of average size. A large flat rate box for $80 ($56 to Canada is available as well and can fit up to 18 books, depending on size. Oversized books are more expensive to ship, please ask for shipping quote for multiple books in advance to prevent any misunderstandings. International postage costs are subject to USPS yearly rate increases. 

RETURN CUSTOMERS: Return customers get 7% off every order, from the second shipment and on. This is not deducted automatically, so please request an invoice and we'll send one over asap. 

REFUNDS: We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase.

1ST EDITIONS: We try to be precise when marking the edition, but if you are looking for first editions only, please ask us to verify the edition before purchasing, to prevent any misunderstandings. First Edition can unfortunately mean too many things.
