Your order will be shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). International Shipping varies by country (please see listing detail)
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipment, then we are responsible and will issue a replacement. We may ask you to provide images of shipping damage, so please photograph any damage to both shipping packaging and the product when damage is discovered.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product. Buyer pays return postage. Please contact us prior to returning an item. We are happy to exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Products can be returned within 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. If returned product is not able to be resold, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
