Windows users:
This device works well, but you may need to go into device manager and update the driver.
Android Users:
Depending on the firmware, compatibility can be hit or miss; therefore this product should only be used by developers and advanced users. On Android it will only work with select devices, as most devices do not have Ethernet support built in or do not have driver support for the QF9700 chipset. Generally it will work well with HDMI Android TV sticks. It will also work with some tablets and with devices that have Cyanogenmod. It will not work with the stock firmware on most phones and Android tablets.
