Why am I being charged Sales Tax?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders being shipped to or picked in states in which we have an operational presence. For a full list of states in which sales tax will be applied please refer to the Estimated Sales Tax portion of our listing in the Shipping and Payments tab. Can I ship to a different address?
If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is showing in your eBay account, please simply change the address in your eBay account before submitting payment. If you wish to change your shipping address once your order has shipped, a $14 address correction fee will be applied.
Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses via USPS
Is shipping free to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?
We will ship for free via USPS to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you would prefer that your order be shipped via FedEx, please let us know with 1 hour of submitting payment and a $22.50 surcharge will be applied.
What if my package is returned to sender?
If your package was unable to be delivered and is returned to sender, we will let you know as soon as it arrives back at our facility.
Domestic customers:
- Please confirm your shipping address and we will be happy to ship your order back out to you for a reshipment fee of $10.
- If you do not wish to have your item(s) reshipped, we are happy to refund you the price of your item(s) less the cost of return to sender shipping.
International customers:
If your package is not cleared/ claimed from customs or is returned to sender and you want it reshipped:
- Please confirm your shipping address and we will be happy to reship your order back to you however, you will be responsible for covering any additional customs, taxes, import and/or shipping fees that your package did incur. We will specify and invoice you for this amount before shipping your order back out.
If your package is returned to sender and you do not want it reshipped:
- We will be happy to refund you for the price of your item(s) less the cost of shipping, and any additional customs, taxes, import and/or shipping fees that your package did incur when shipping to you and returning back to us.
What should I do if I never received my package?
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your home and with any friends or neighbors that may have accepted the package on your behalf. Next, please send us a message and we will work with the carrier to open an investigation. Please note that if the carrier finds that there was no mishandling of your package, there is no further action that we are able to take.
Will my package require a signature?
Some packages may require a signature upon delivery based on value and location. If you would like to find out if your package will require a signature please feel free to reach out our way. If you would like to have a signature requirement removed from your package please let us know within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up at the store of your choice. Orders are typically ready within 5 business days after they are placed online.
