This clip is used on some Toyota & Lexus models for attaching and securing trims and shields around the car. They are commonly used on the engine shields and various covers around the engine bay and sometimes including on the air filter housing. They are used on some models but not all and they won't be the only size of clip used. They are distinctive with one of the 4 stem inserts being longer than the others.
