KNIVES OF ALASKA, #158FG Here is one of the best knives I have The 9 1/2" MAGNUM WOLVERINE SURE-GRIP Series, by KNIVES OF ALASKA. Model # 158FG The knife you see is right out of the box, we just got more of these in and updated the pictures this was the 1st box I grabbed. This knife is made with unreal material so it won't ever let you down no matter what you need a knife for. First, it Full Tang Construction the very best knives are made this way a proven fact, the alloy used D2 TOOL STEEL, Rated 2nd best alloy for cutlery, and on the spine is three inches of very tight tooling this gives you much more control when doing precision cutting,- Superior hardness, edge retention, and sharpenablility excellent corrosion resistance this is right off the Blade / Steel / Index. The handle is a Sure-Grip handle wet or dry you won't ever have a problem holding this awesome knife. These knives are made in the U.S.A. by sportsmen, for sportsmen. I ask you please look at all 12 pictures so you can see what an exceptional design the knife has, in my opinion, this is 9 1/2" of awesome the size and weight are perfect for all-day everyday carrying.
This Magnum Wolverine Sure-grip has become my favorite knife of K.O.A. I have tried them all this knife has the size weight and looks that I want in a great knife. There are many choices and that is a good thing, we all do not like the same things for me this is my EDC Knife. K.O.A. even put a Wolverine Paw Print on the Guard just for looks but it adds to the over-all character of this knife.

You see I use the term Do-All when talking about certain knives, and here I go again this knife from Knives of Alaska is a Perfect Do-All knife at 9 1/2" and weighing only 6.6oz. 9.2 with sheath you can do any / every outdoors task needed and do them with ease because you're using this superior knife. I truly believe this after selling knives for 41 years and going through many brands I have finally found the brand I think is by far the best and it doesn't cost you hundreds of dollars. This is what I've been looking for sure I could have brought in the line of Randall knives but most of you and I do not have $300.00 to $1200.00 dollars to buy a knife / Name. This line of knives you can buy the largest one for about $120.79 the 014FG BUSH CAMP SURE-GRIP @ 10 1/2" which yes is still allot of money but not in the knife industry,, for what you're getting the Best of the Best and never needing to buy another knife, looking at it like that now is it no. You also can buy one of their mid-size knives for about $85. and it will be the best $85.00 you ever spent. Knives of Alaska have made a knife for everyone and if you can buy one of these knives you will honestly own one of the best knives made today without paying for a name this is why I picked this line for our #1 series of knives. If I was stuck somewhere and needed a knife this would be my choice. It will do anything you need, and it's a looker too. if you can't afford one look at the 161FG it is the same design just smaller.
In the June issue of Field & Stream Magazine, there is an article entitled "The 20 Best Knives Ever Made" by Dave Petzal. The author states his primary reason for choosing these knives as " they simply work better than anything else." We are very proud to have our knives represented in this elite group. One of the best all-around designs ever conceived. Sharp, fine, upswept clip-point provides an efficient method for skinning under and around game animals legs and other close-quarters situations. Yet the blade retains a long radius for skinning and field-dressing the larger areas of the animal. This is a very good general carry blade style for everyday camp chores. The blade finish is a ceramic peened hunter Non-glare. It comes with a vegetable-tanned, oiled split grained cowhide sheath. This would be the best $151.35 you ever spent on a knife and if you do not agree send it back. It is my favorite K.O.A. I love its design weight everything and how mighty sharp it is. Knives of Alaska makes many fantastic knives but for whatever reason, this knife did it for me 158FG If you want a superior knife and only one knife here you go, or if you're like me and have several dozen knives this is one you want to add to your (EDC) Knives. All you really need to do is look at the pictures, why pictures do not lie.
If you like large knives but not too heavy 6.1oz. you might want to have a good look at the 158FG this one has the D2 Blade it is super sharp and makes up for any lack of weight, and the Sure-Grip handles used by Knives of Alaska are the finest I have found yet and I've been doing this for 41 years now. I have only been selling this line of knives on eBay for almost 13 years and have sold out of every single style we brought into our stock.
