1/8" holes are an excellent fine grind size.
The discs are 1 15/16" across. 3/16" thick. Center hole is 5/16".
Four different hole sizes available in our store.
Discs are stainless steel. They will not rust. Plates fit all the new FGA Plastic style meat grinder attachments. They will not fit the vintage metal meat grinder attachments. We have those also.
You are buying the round steel grinder disc. Not the grinder head pictured.
