- Please file your returns through eBay and we will approve your return within 24 hours, then you will be able to print a prepaid return label and send the item back free of charge for refund.

Shipping Policy

- We do combine shippings :), You will save $1 off of the second items shipping fee, if you buy more than 5 items, you will save $2 off of the 5th-10th item; If you buy more than 10 items, you will save $3 off of the 10th+ item.
- Please ask for combined shipping invoice by going to your purchase history page and click on request total, prior to making your payment.
- Items will have to be paid in one payment in order to be eligible for combined shipping fees.
- We provide tracking number on First Class, Priority and Expedited Services.
- For Expedited orders, the cut-off time is 1:00PM (MST).
International Buyers, Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
- Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- We will pack your item securely and we will do our best to make sure you will receive your item safe and in a timely manner, but we would not be responsible for lost or stolen international deliveries unless they are purchased through eBay Global Shipping Program.
