You are bidding on a cover depicting the end of World War II on August 14, 1945, 1347 days after the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. This cover is postmarked August 14, 2013, 68 years after the end. It bears SC 4768 Forever Stamp "Flag in Spring." This cover is signed by the author of the cover in Japanese Kanji just to the bottom right of the Peace document. The author is a 93 year old World War II veteran and a member of the American Philatelic Society. This is a beautiful and unique cover to own and one of a limited edition.
