Many devices on the market from Gaming consoles to ADSl Routers and even televisions, require a patch cable. there are essentially two options on the market Cat5e and Cat6. Although both cat5e and Cat6 cables will work with the devices listed above,  the newer CAT6 cables are preferable , for little increase in price, making them a superior choice.

SECURICAM Cat6 cables have an advantage over CAT5e Cables in that they meet the new TIA/EIA specifications designed to maximize transmission performance whilst simultaneously reducing signal interference. backward compatible with CAT5e, CAT5 and CAT3 standards, you can use it to connect with any older device you may have.

an extra layer of shielding is added to CAT6 cables, rendering them effective against any type of high frequency or electromagnetic interference as well ascrosstalk or system noise.

 we strongly advise you NOT TO use cheaper cat5e cable like CCA (copper clad Aluminium) or CCS: (Copper clad Steel)
which have high resistance and result in ghosting images and power issues for CCTV & Professional applications.
