These small white plastic screw grommets are widely used on modern Ford cars. The clip is commonly used around the wheel arches for the mudguards and splash guards. It is also sometimes used around the engine bay with P-clips to hold fuel, steering and brake lines. They are used on various locations so it's important to check the size before ordering.
