instructions for use:-

Carefully remove  from paper backing.  

Black Dot Indicates end of fold slit.

Overlap right top portion to fold line 

on left top portion to create a cone.

With overlap at top, place cone next to bridge of nose, 

covering eye.  Tap gently to secure.

To remove from eyes peel off slowly and dispose of.
