This is our very own system! Fantastic for your bandsaw sawmill or conveyor system or anything you like! if your wanting to add in POWER FEED and Power setworks system. This fully self contained  unit can be outside in the elements! It is a 12 Volt dc IN  as well as 12 Volt dc out System. This allows for your sawmill to be self contained if your engine has a charging system. Simply plug this into your battery/Two wires to your 12 volt feed motor and 2 wires to your power setworks motor 12 Volt. This variable speed feed system is 100amp driver so heavy duty built!

 There is a 8' Long remote control cable with a hand held control unit. This unit is for controlling your feed forward and backward as well as VARIABLE SPEED From 0 To max speed as needed while your cutting through the wood with the real nice JOYSTICK control!This speed controller is fully adjustable for all the variables if desired, and have a system for troubleshooting too! This unit provides basically full power at the gearmotor no matter the speed. Very accurate constant adjustment can be made if desired. There is a toggle switch for your setworks operation (Head raise and lower) and it is on the main panel as well as an hour meter is built in.The setworks is at full speed only, no variable. Heavy duty reversing solenoid .

This has a large RED emergency shut off button on it as well as a key to shut the system down while your away, so no ones else can use it or put it on.

Green light on panel shows that the unit has power and is in the on position.

This could be used in a multitude of applications, not  just sawmills. The components are only of the best quality and are replaceable when needed.

The overall dimensions of the main panel sealed box is 12" x 12"  and the small box for hand control is about 4 x 3"
