1. We do ship worldwide to every country. Please use "add to cart" feature if you purchase multiple items from us. We will combine shipping for you when all items are checked out together.

2. It's buyer's responsibility that your shipping address is correct. The actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if the package is undeliverable and returned to us.

3. We only use global express shipping method. Please always email us your local phone# (without country code) with your payment so we can write it on the package. This will help lower the risk of missing package.

4. You will be responsible for all your custom duty for every purchase you make here. The actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you refuse to claim your package from your custom office due to custom duty.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Return/Exchange policies:

We know how hard shopping online is. We want every item you buy here makes you look your best.  If an item is not what you expected or does not fit well, you can simply return it to us as long as it's in the same condition as we send you.

1. Clothing return: Please keep the item absolutely new with all its tags attached. No return and no exchange once you pull the tags off so please try the items on without pulling tags off.   Please keep the plastic bag or box the manufacturer sends with the item if there is any. 

2. Shoe Return: You need to send it back with its original shoe box wrapped in plastic bag. Tape the shoe box and send it back is not acceptable at all. Please send all its paper cards, all packing material that come with the shoes and free gift if it applies.  Shoes has to be in absolutely new condition so we can resell. We won't take any used shoes back.

3. 10% restocking fee is to cover the shipping cost we will spend if you need to return the item to us. We sell everything at a discount so there is no profit to cover that cost if you make a return. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please don't try to switch items here. More and more buyers sent fake, used, same item but from an old season, same item with defect which was bought somewhere else, same item but in a different size bought somewhere else or totally garbage back to us in exchange for our authentic brand new item. We are fully aware this kind of behavior. Our return/exchange policy is for our customers' convenience only.
