This fountain pen style drawing pen provides a permanent line that won't bleed when used with Copic or other drawing markers.

Though permanent, the ink is water resistant but not waterproof and so will bleed slightly if brushed over with water.

The pen has a stainless steel tip perfect for inking and drawing.
