Skirt will be shipped in 10 business days or less. Let us know if you need it by a certain date and we may be able to ship it the same day if requested-we normally only ship M, W, F and we usually have to actually make the skirt also--sometimes we might have one already made though.

Elastic should be smaller than your actual waist measurement because it will stretch when wearing.
Measurements for waist is measured across the skirt then multiplied by 2.
