These Dual Rates are 3ppi at the top and 7
ppi at the bottom provides both a smooth ride at low speeds and stable ride at
high speeds. We had them made for us as an inexpensive way for our customers to
increase the performance and looks of their T/EMaxx's without having to
purchase those expensive shocks costing $50 to $100. Dual rates are ideal for
trucks with aluminum or that have extra weight.

Shipping
If you are going to inquire about
the status of an order, make sure to include your item number and order number
from checkout; this will get you a quicker response. We ship items usually
within one business day of payment. We ship using USPS First Class or Priority
mail depending on weight.
Combined Shipping: We love to combine
shipping but have a few basic rules. You may add items for little or no cost to
your order. We charge by weight, and R/C Raven does not make any money on
shipping. Add items by winning them on eBay, buying from our Store, or
adding items to your cart in our website. Make sure to wait until all auctions
you intend on buying are closed before paying. Complete the checkout from the
most recent email you received from us. Once checkout is completed you cannot
combine additional items.

Shipping: We ship USPS International Priority.

We accept payment through PayPal,
including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We expect payment within 10
days, however if you are planning on combining shipping, let us know and we can
work with you. We are based in California so we do charge 8.225% tax for
California buyers.
Returns

100% satisfied. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us about returning
the product. We cannot pay for shipping back to us but will issue you a 100%
refund upon return of unused goods.
