SHIPPING

We only ship our products using Startrack Express or Australia post.  All products are shipped from Smithfield South Australia.

PAYMENT

GST is included and you will be provided with a tax invoice.

 Payment must be received within 10 days after the transaction. For convenience and security reasons we prefer Paypal or Credit card over the phone as a form of payment. Payment is always verified prior to shipping.

RETURNS

 Any damage sustained during the shipment is the responsability of the shipper. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order includes a product you didn't order, simply contact us in the 7 days following the shipment and we will replace the product or return your money, as long as the products are unopened, in their original packaging. Whenever funds are returned, we do not return the shipping & handling fees.
