About Hazama Mie's works and crystal glaze

Mie's works use the place of production of leading high-quality porcelain clay, and the porcelain difficulty of Amakusa-shi, Kumamoto in Japan, and they are calcinated, covering the glaze called crystal glaze.

The pattern on the surface of a work is a crystal of a mineral called zinc.

These beautiful crystals are very beautiful glaze which changes how for it to be visible at light volume and an angle.

Use with a bleach, a microwave, and a dish washer is possible for Mie's works like common porcelain tableware.
