Orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched same day Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel to UK and Royal Mail International for EU and Rest of World.
Royal Mail advise that 2nd Class post for UK takes anywhere 3-10 working days, but in most cases, up to 7 working days. This is not always a guarantee of the item always arriving on time.
Royal Mail advise that International Post to EU takes anywhere 7-14 working days and 7-28 working days for Rest of World.
Circumstances out of our control restrict us to wait 14 working days for UK and as this is Royal Mail policy before we can start a claim with Royal Mail for lost post during transit.
Although we have an excellent track record in dispatch and delivery time, it is advised by Royal Mail to always use their Signed For Tracking Service, which issues the buyer a tracking number for their parcel.
