Description:

You are looking at a pair of infant's Superstar trainers. In a white colourway these trainers feature an EVA midsole for lightweight cushioning and easy strap closures they are guaranteed comfort with these shoes. They have a full grain leather upper, a rubber shoe toe signature with the signature Trefoil branding they will be looking as good as they feel.

Condition:

They are EX SHOP DISPLAY STOCK and are being sold as BRAND NEW WITH DEFECTS. They do not come with a box. Please note the following;

They are ex display stock so will have been out on display in store either on a shelf or in a shop window.
They may also have been tried on in store.
The right trainer being the main display trainer has become slightly discoloured in the sun and the tonal stripes / heel / shelltoe detailing now look a more creamy white as opposed to the brilliant white of the left trainer. In our opinion it is not a major issue but you can see the difference in colour between the two trainers in these areas.
Also to note is that both trainers have some marks/dirt/discoloration to the back inside of the heels/top of the fabric heel areas from being tried on. This is more to the right trainer which is the predominant ex display foot.
The trainers may not have come from the same batch and may have different serial numbers

There will be a red pen cross through the internal size label - this is simply to denote that the trainers are ex shop display.

Please note that being a multi list we have added, in our opinion, what we deem as the most discolored pair for the photos.

Payment Information

Paypal only accepted or cash if collecting in person. If collecting in person then please message us to arrange a mutually convenient time and date. Please note that collections are only available in an evening.

Payment within 3 calendar days of auction ending please. All non payments will be escalated via Ebay. If you are wanting to pay later than the specified 3 days you MUST inform us before bidding on our item.

Overseas bidders are more than welcome and we just politely ask that you contact us prior to bidding so we can advise of the correct postage costs for your country. Overseas bidders will be required to provide a landline contact number for the courier use only.

Shipping Information

Once the item has been paid for we will dispatch the same day if purchased before 1pm. An Ebay message will be sent confirming that it has been posted and giving further delivery information including the tracking number and courier used.

All of our postage is done via a traceable method to ensure the safe delivery of your item. We look to use low priced yet a reliable and quick delivery service. From time to time the company used may differ from that specified in the item, this would only been done to keep postage costs down for example if a bulk order was placed. Any changes to the delivery company used would be communicated via Ebay messages.

If 'other courier' (either 24 or 48 hour) is specified as the method of posting then it will be UK Mail/I Post Parcels that we are using. Otherwise it will say Royal Mail or My Hermes as the method of posting.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with every purchase from us. We fully comply with the Credit Contracts Regulations Act that came into force on the 13th June 2014. Please be aware that the majority of our items are pre-loved or new with defects and whilst of our descriptions are thorough, with full measurements and lots of photos we are only human and sometimes a mistake can happen. The opinions of our items are personal opinions and we understand that from time to time opinions can differ. We are very approachable so should you encounter a problem please do contact us via Ebay messages prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback.

If you are not happy with your item then the purchase must be cancelled within fourteen calendar days of the item being received and all communications are to be made via Ebay messages. The item must then be returned within 3 calendar days of us agreeing to the return. It must be sent back via a secure and traceable postage method and in the same condition in which it was received. Return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense. However at our discretion we may offer to pay return postage costs and to refund original postage costs when the item is being returned because it's defective, isn't as described, or it was damaged in transit. This will be agreed prior to the return being authorised.
