Returns must be requested within 14 days. If you need to return an item, you must leave a message using ask seller a question link at the bottom of the listing page and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.


Returns must be sent via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

  • Send to the address we provided you
